DxInsight assembles a complete view of each patient by drawing on every source that touches their care — year-to-date claims, the clinic’s EHR, portal data from the payers and risk-bearing entities CMM contracts with, and North Carolina’s health information exchange (NC HealthConnex). NC HealthConnex is a strategic data source Cary Medical Management has integrated with to sharpen that picture, surfacing encounters and results the other sources can miss — and because DxInsight is HIE-agnostic, it can integrate with any health information exchange, so the same approach extends to MSOs and primary care organizations anywhere, not just in North Carolina.

DxInsight then reconciles it all and sets aside conditions already addressed, so clinicians see only true diagnosis gaps — presented inside their workflow at the point of care. When a clinician confirms a diagnosis, the code flows into the progress note, then updates the payer or ACO portal with the action taken.
